壮医火针治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的临床研究 中 文 摘 要 目的：观察壮医火针治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。 方法：将符合标准的活动期类风湿关节炎80例患者随机分为观察组 40例，对照组40例。观察组采用壮医火针配合西药进行治疗,治疗方案为： 火针针刺局部，每3天1次；美洛昔康胶囊7.5mg/次,饭后服，每日1次； 甲氨蝶呤每次7.5 mg,每周1次，口服。对照组采用纯西药治疗，治疗方 案为：美洛昔康胶囊7.5mg/次,饭后服，每日1次；甲氨蝶呤每次7.5 mg, 每周1次，口服。两组均以1个月为一个疗程，三个疗程结束后观察两组 患者类风湿关节炎相关指标。 结果：（1）观察组临床治愈5例，显效17例，有效13例，总有效率 为87.50%；对照组临床治愈2例，显效9例，有效18例，总有效率为72.50%。 两组总有效率之间比较(P0.05)，组间差异有统计学意义，提示观察组 疗效优于对照组。 （2）观察组于治疗后在晨僵时间、10米步行时间、双手握力、关节 功能障碍、关节肿胀指数、关节疼痛指数等相关指标上与治疗前相比较， 具有明显改善(P0.01或P＜0.05)。其它实验室指标如类风湿因子，C反 应蛋白，血沉等在治疗后也有了明显改善(P0.01或P＜0.05)。 结论：壮医火针配合西药治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的效果优于单纯 西药治疗，壮医火针治疗活动期类风湿关节炎疗效显著。 关键词: 壮医火针，类风湿关节炎，活动期 ABSTRACT Objective: Clinical Efficacy Observation of Zhuang medicine fire needle treatment on acute rheumatoid arthritis. Method: Randomly divided 80 instances of acute rheumatoid arthritis patients into two groups equally. One group labeled as observation group, from which the patients were treated by coordination of Zhuang medicine fire needle and Western medicine; while the other group used only Western medicine, was labeled as contrast group. Western medicine treatment was organized as follow: take 7.5 mg of Meloxicam capsules after meal by the day; take 7.5 mg of methotrexate(take mainline or take orally) by the week. One course of the treatment of these two prescriptions was one month. Compared the related indices of two groups after three courses of the treatment. Result: (1) Observation group: cured on 5 instances, strong treatment effect on 17 instances and somewhat treatment effect on 13 instances; total efficiency was 87.5%. Contrast group: cured on 2 instances, strong treatment effect on 9 instances and somewhat treatment effect on 18 instances; total efficiency was 72.5%. Comparison of efficiency between these two groups had a comparison value P 0.05, which was a meaningful statistics result, indicated that observation group had a better treatment effect than contrast group.
