I I 中 文 摘 要 高等教育承担着向受教育者传授知识、技能的“育才”使命，又承担着把 受教育者培养成道德准则高尚、具备理想追求和健全人格的“育人”使命。体 育作为教育重要的手段，必然承载着其重要的任务。随着我国高校体育学业教 学改革的快速发展、教学理念的推陈出新，高校体育专业教学过程中存在的， 如重视体育教学的形式、重教轻学、重成绩轻教育等问题的日渐突出，传统的 体育教学方式受到前所未有的冲击和严峻的考验。如何根据各自学校的实际情 况，采取怎样的教学方法才能适合本学校学生学习的需求以及学生今后发展的 需要，值得我们思考，亦都为高校体育教学提出了更高的要求。 本文研究在于改变传统教学模式所出现的不足，利用“自主探究教学”的 特点和作用，从而改善课堂教学效果，增强学生自主发现问题及解决问题的能 力，提高教学质量，提高学生掌握技术动作的能力及学生的认知和情感能力。 跨栏跑在田径技术教学里面是一项技术方面要求较高的项目比较有代表性，对 “自主探究教学”应用于体育教育专业跨栏跑教学中进行详细的实验设计，设 计出“自主探究教学”的教学过程，对以后“自主探究教学”的应用提供参考 依据，使其能更好的在教学中发挥作用，也能够为“自主探究教学”以后在其 它田径技术教学中也能够提高参考资料。 此次研究以广州体育学院体育教育专业 2011 级体育教育专业两个技战术 水平相当的班作为研究对象，运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实 验法数理统计法及逻辑分析法等研究方法，在充分理解自主探究教学法的基础 上，结合体育专业学生的特点，通过创设情境模拟比赛，使得学生能充分的发 挥自己的主观能动性。实验结果验证：自主探究教学法不仅能够给学生提供最 大范围自由发挥的空间，不断地激发他们对体育学习的兴趣，满足学生体育技 能学习的需要，再加上其直接的学习经验、间接的接受经验、理论知识的不断 丰富，从而加强良好学习动机的形成，为学生长期的学习奠定了基础，促进学 生综合能力的提高。 关键词：体育院校、自主探究教学、跨栏跑 II II Abstract Higher education shoulders the mission of cultivating talents which includes not only imparting knowledge and skills to the educatee but also cultivating them to possess morals， ambition and sound personality. Physical education， as a crucial educational means， has to undertake its tasks. With the rapid development of the Physical Education Reform in Colleges and Universities and introduction of new teaching concepts， problems in professional physical education in colleges and universities， such as emphasizing the form of PE teaching， emphasizing teaching but learning or emphasizing achievements but teaching ， become increasingly prominent.Meanwhile the traditional teaching methods face an unprecedented impact and challenge. With consideration of individual conditions and adoption of proper teaching methods， how to meet the needs of the students and their development in the future deserves our our deep thinking and it also places greater demands on the physical education in colleges and universities.
