Based on the in-depth analysis on the environment of ophthalmic hospitals, this dissertation research the successful transition model for private hospitals through constituting and implementing specific measures to develop specialization, and brand development model and related measures and means. This dissertation put forwards the measures and ways to implement specialization and brand strategy for private hospitals by integrating their own resources such as technologies, facilities and services and demonstrating in Chengdu Kangqiao Ophthalmic Hospital, which provide private hospitals with reference for their survival and development, and further provide patients with quality and efficient medical services.
