循证护理在普外手术室护理中应用探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：观察研究循证护理在普外手术室护理中的应用效果。方法：将2014年3月-2015年3月笔者所在医院普外科手术室收治的80例各类手术患者，按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组，每组40例。对照组实施手术室护理，观察组在此基础上实施循证护理模式，观察两组患者心理状况改善以及术后并发症发生情况。结果：与手术前相比，手术后两组焦虑、抑郁心理状况评分均有明显改善，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组术后焦虑、抑郁心理状况评分改善更为显著，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为5.0%，明显低于对照组的20.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：普外科手术室护理中实施循证护理模式有利于改善手术患者不良心理情绪，减少术后并发症发生，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 普外科手术； 手术室护理； 循证护理； 应用 　　中图分类号 R473.6 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）13-0078-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study application effect of evidence-based nursing in operation room nursing in general surgery.Method：80 surgical patients from March 2014 to March 2015 were divided into two groups，40 cases in each group，the control group received operation room nursing，and the observation group received evidence-based care model on the basis of the control group.Psychological status and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed.Result：Compared with the pre operation，two groups of anxiety and depression scores were significantly improved，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared with the control group，the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly improved， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 5.0%，which significantly lower than 20.0% in control group，there was statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of evidence-based nursing in operation room department of general surgery nursing mode is conducive to improving the patients with adverse psychological mood，reduce postoperative complications，it is worthy of popularization and application. 　　【Key words】 Department of general surgery operation； Operation room nursing； Evidence-based nursing； Application 　　First-author’s address：Guigang Second People’s Hospital，Guigang 537132，China 　　作为一种新型护理理念，循证护理与现代医学模式和发展需求相适应，顺应了科学护理逐渐取代经验护理这一发展趋势。一般来说，患者由于手术创伤以及自身心理因素而出现应激反应，严重影响了手术
