中小企业信用担保公司风险评估研究 ABSTRACT RESEARCH ON RISK ASSESSMENT OF SME CREDIT GUARANTEE COMPANIES ——EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS BASED ON BENGBU GUARANTEE COMPANIES ABSTRACT In recent years,our country’s SME credit guarantee companies play an important role in the aspect of financing services for SMEs and solving the difficult of SME loans.But,SME credit guarantee industry is a highly specialized and high-risk industry,It’s business have typical “high-risk,low-income” characteristics.It’s closely associated with security objects、guarantee company itself and its external environment, which determines that guarantee companies will face a lot of risks during their operation.Guarantee companies are based on risk management, guarantee company’s top priority is risk management,if the risk control is poor, guarantee company will face bankrupt.Risk assessment of Guarantee company is to give the factors which will cause security risks qualitative analysis and quantitative calculations, to explore effective methods to make the guarantee companies achieve the goals of producing、controling and managing risk,It has guiding significance to the stable operation of ganrantee companies. On the basis of the study on the domestic and foreign scholars’ theory of credit guarantee and guarantee risk measurement, Firstly, this article does qualitative analysis of the risk of SME credit guarantee companies,classifying the risk of guarantee companies,analyzing the characteristics of guarantee risk and the main reason of its formation,making guarantee companies understand the risks which they are facing to.Secondly,This article start from general companies’ risk factors, based on the angle of internal control,analyzing the main factors which cause guarantee risks deeply ,determining 5 aspects、23 evaluations,which include guarantee portfolio、asset situation、profit ability、risk control level and management level, establishing a risk assessment system of bengbu guarantee companies.Finally,this paper ch
