Followed by more and more rural collective land requisition，so the land-lost farmers appeared，and the number is more and more big. Although our country has taken a series of means and measures to improve their lives，but when they entered the city life，psychology，behavior culture， exactly what changes have taken place？Whether they will feel more happiness？ Happiness is used to measure the quality of human life is a very important psychological evaluation index. In recent years，happiness research of city residents become a hot，but for land-lost farmers of happiness research but less. This research attempts to integrate subjective well-being and psychological well-being view，the farmers of Kaifeng city as the research object， to research their present happiness，the purpose is to analyze influence of Kaifeng land-lost farmers happiness objective factors，this paper discusses the way to improve farmers well-being，puts forward to improve the quality of life of the land-losing farmers suggestions to the relevant government departments in order to provide suggestions.
