性激素水平变化与男性2型糖尿病患者相关性分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨并分析性激素水平与男性2型糖尿病的相关性。方法 选取2013年6月～2015年7月在我院接受治疗的男性2型糖尿病患者78例进行研究。以年龄将其分组，平均每10岁为1组，共5组；根据BMI分为肥胖组与非肥胖组；根据ED的严重程度分为无ED组、轻度ED组、中度ED组以及重度ED组。通过检测各种性激素水平的变化，研究性激素水平与男性T2DM患者的关系。结果 根据年龄测得各项性激素水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），各项指标无相关性。按照肥胖程度分组时，其中肥胖组的睾酮、促卵泡激素以及黄体生成素均要低于非肥胖组（P0.05），而肥胖组雌二醇要显著高于非肥胖组（P0.05）。无ED组到最后严重的ED组，其中T与E2在逐渐的降低，而LH与FSH随着ED严重程度的增加在升高（P0.05）。结论 性激素变化异常与男性2型糖尿病的肥胖有关，同时男性2型糖尿病也会逐渐的影响性腺功能。 　　[关键词]性激素；男性；2型糖尿病；肥胖；勃起功能障碍 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）12（c）-0142-03 　　Study the correlation between sex hormones changed and male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus 　　CHEN Shan-shan LI Xin-de LIN Qi-ling 　　Department of Laboratory，Yangang Hospital of Yantian District in Shenzhen City，Shenzhen 518083，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the correlation between sex hormones changed and male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From June 2013 to July 2015，78 male patients with type 2 diabetes who received treatment in our hospital were studied.According to the properties of age，they were divided into 5 groups for every 10 years；they were also divided into fat group and not fat group by body mass index，the other one was not fat；according to the severity of erectile dysfunction，the patients were also divided into none ED，mild ED group，moderate ED group，severe ED group.The relationship between sex hormone levels and male T2DM patients was studied by detecting changes in the levels of sex hormones.Results The level of sex hormones was not influenced by age，all the data had no relation，and the data were no significant differences（P0.05）.The level of sex hormones was influenced by fat，the data of testosterone，follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the fat group were lower than not fat group（P0.05），while estradiol of fat group was higher than that of not fat group（P0.05）.levels of FSH and LH increased with the increase of severity of ED，while T and E2 were decreased （P0.05）.Conclusion The level
