手术结合康复治疗手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩价值初评 　　【摘要】 目的 研究手术结合康复治疗在手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩中的应用价值。方法 30例手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩患者， 随机分为实验组和对照组， 每组15例。两组均予以常规手术治疗， 术后实验组给予康复治疗， 对照组给予常规指导性手部功能训练。观察两组治疗后日常生活活动能力的改善情况， 并进行比较。结果 治疗前， 实验组的日常生活活动能力量表（ADL）评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后， 实验组的ADL评分为（73.91±11.24）分， 明显高于对照组的（57.69±7.18）分， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 积极采取手术结合康复治疗方案， 对手部烧伤后瘢痕挛缩患者施以对症治疗， 可显著改善其日常生活活动能力， 促进病情康复， 值得临床借鉴。 　　【关键词】 瘢痕挛缩；手部烧伤；康复治疗；临床价值 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.32.105 　　A preliminary evaluation on effect of surgery combined with rehabilitation therapy on scar contracture after hand burn ZHU Zheng-kun， CHEN Juan， ZHOU Xian-zhang， et al. Methods A total of 30 patients with scar contracture after hand burn were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， with 15 cases in each group. The improvement of activities of daily living after treatment in two groups was observed and compared.
