微课结合PPT多媒体教学法在心胸外科护理教学中应用效果   [摘要]目的 探讨微课结合PPT多媒体教学法在心胸外科护理教学中的效果。方法 选取我校2012级大专护理1班的86名护生,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组行传统PPT多媒体教学法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予微课辅助教学,比较两组的考试成绩,并分析观察组护生对微课教学效果的评价结果。结果 观察组的操作技能及理论知识评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。经分析,观察组护生认为微课辅助教学可提高自主学习能力、有利于重点及难点知识掌握均占97.67%,认为该方法更适合课后自主学习占95.35%,认为其可加深对操作的理解和记忆、提高学习效率的均占93.02%,认为其是对传统教学法的有效补充占90.70%,可激发学习兴趣占88.37%。结论 在心胸外科护理教学中实施微课结合PPT多媒体教学法可提高教学效果。   [关键词]微课;PPT多媒体教学法;心胸外科;护理教学;教学效果评价   [中图分类号] R642.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721(2017)11(b)-0168-03   [Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of micro-lesson combined with PPT multimedia teaching mode in the nursing teaching of cardiothoracic surgery.Methods 86 nursing students of cardiothoracic surgery nursing practiced in our academy from September 2015 to July 2016 were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional PPT multimedia teaching mode,while the observation group was given micro-lesson on the basis of the control group.The test scores were compared between the two groups.The evaluation of teaching effect of micro-lesson in the observation group was analyzed.Results The scores of operating skill and theoretical knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P0.05).In the observation group,nursing students considered that micro-lesson could increase autonomous learning ability and grasp difficult knowledge,which accounted for 97.67%,95.35% of nursing students considered that micro-lesson was suitable for after-school autonomous learning,93.02% of nursing students considered that micro-lesson could deepen understanding of operation and increase learning efficiency,90.70% of nursing students considered that micro-lesson was effective supplement of traditional teaching,and 88.37% of nursing students considered that micro-lesson could motivate learning interes
