心理干预与健康教育在高血压患者护理中应用效果分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨心理干预与健康教育在高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法 138例高血压患者, 随机分为对照组和研究组, 每组69例。对照组患者应用常规护理措施, 研究组在对照组基础上予以心理干预及健康教育。对比两组患者的各项生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果 研究组患者的社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能评分分别为(80.6±5.5)、(83.3±4.8)、(81.6±5.1)、(81.7±4.5)分, 均明显高于对照组的(68.4±5.2)、(62.5±4.3)、(64.8±5.7)、(66.5±4.4)分, 差异具有统计学意义(t=13.389、26.811、18.246、20.062, P0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度95.7%明显高于对照组的65.2%, 差异具有统计学意义(χ2=20.306, P0.05)。结论 高血?夯颊呤褂眯睦砀稍び虢】到逃?综合护理方法效果理想, 值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application effect of psychological intervention and health education in the nursing of hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 138 hypertensive patients were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 69 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the research group received psychological intervention and health education on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on quality of life score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The research group had social function, body function, role function and cognitive function score respectively as (80.6±5.5), (83.3±4.8), (81.6±5.1) and (81.7±4.5) points, which were all obviously higher than (68.4±5.2), (62.5±4.3), (64.8±5.7) and (66.5±4.4) points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (t=13.389, 26.811, 18.246, 20.062, P0.05). The research group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction as 95.7% than 65.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=20.306, P0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of psychological intervention and health education show ideal effect for hypertensive patients, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
