PAGE PAGE 10 生率均高于无焦虑、抑郁症状组；有无严重疲劳组之间的生存质量评分的差异也具有显 著性。 4、线性结构方程分析发现：心理疲劳对躯体功能、角色功能有影响；精神疲劳对 角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能有影响；躯体疲劳、焦虑、抑郁对认知功能有影响，同 时抑郁对社会功能也有影响；疲劳各维度间、焦虑与抑郁之间及疲劳各维度与焦虑、抑 郁之间均存在显著正线性相关关系。 【结论】 1、肿瘤患者放化疗期间严重疲劳的发生率较高。 2、放化疗期间，焦虑、抑郁对严重疲劳的发生率存在影响。 3、严重疲劳、焦虑、抑郁与生存质量之间存在着相关关系。提示在进行放化疗治疗 期间需加强社会支持，不容忽视疲劳、焦虑、抑郁这些负面心理因素，同时注重患者的 角色、情绪、认知和社会功能，改善患者的生存质量。 4、线性结构方程模型在分析潜变量上具有许多传统统计方法不具备的优势，在使用 时应注意与专业知识的结合。 【关键词】 肿瘤，放化疗，严重疲劳，影响因素，生存质量 Morbidity and Relevant Factors of Severe Fatigue among Patients with Tumor during Treatment Abstract [Objective] This study aimed to investigate the incidence and influencing factors of severe fatigue, and explore the relationship among severe fatigue, anxiety, depression and the quality of life, whose result could provide an evidence to improve the life quality of patients with severe fatigue. [Methods] Totally 667 patients with tumor enrolled in this study came from the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University ,Fujian Medical University Consonancy Hospital ,FuZhou General Hospital of Nanjing Military Region and Fujian Provincial Hospital from October 2011 to October 2012. Demographic data and clinical information were collected by trained interviewers with self-constructed questionnaires. Multidimensional fatigue scale ,core quality of life scale from the European organization for research and treatment of cancer and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale were used to investgate the patients.Besides, we investigated the fatigue status of a random sample of healthy people from Houxian community, Gudong community, Rujiang village of Mawei Town, and Shanqian village of Ganzhe Town. We used percentile method to calculate the top 5% of quantile of MFI-20 fatigue score as a cut-off point to divide tumor patients if there was a severe fatigue.
