上海海上海海洋大学硕士学位论文 IV IV The research of toxic effects of heavy metal Cadmium and Copper on Tegillarca granosa ABSTRACT Recent years, with the rapid development of coastal economic, the heavy metal pollution of marine has become increasingly serious, threat to the survival and growth of the mudflat shellfish, causing the shellfish germplasm resources decrease, but also limit the sustainable development of aquaculture. The article use the farming shellfish mud cockles (Tegillarca granosa) of Zhejiang coastal as the study, In preliminary experimental ecological conditions, from the point of view of the acute toxicity, respiratory excretion and influencing factors, as well as enrichment factor, metallothionein (MT) content changes under Cd and Cu of manufacturing mechanism, in order to know the enrichment of heavy metals in the body and mudflat environment pollution instructions to biological established, for protecting the marine ecological environment and rational developing resources of mud cockles provide a theoretical basis. The main findings are as follows: Single and joint acute toxicity test of Cd2+ and Cu2+ to Tegillarca granosa Acute toxicity and joint toxicity of Cd2+ and Cu2+ on Tegillarca granosa are studied, experiments were carried out according to toxicological methods. The result indicates that the degree of the toxicity is in the order of Cu2+Cd2+, The median lethal concentrations (LC50) of the metals at 96 hours to the animal are 6.189mg/L, 0.460mg/L respectively, The safe concentrations for Tegillarca granosa were 61.89μg/L for Cd2+ and 4.60μg/L for Cu2+. Additive index method was used to evaluate the joint toxic effects. Results showed that the combinative toxicity of Cd2+ and Cu2+ to the Tegillarca granosa, the median lethal concentrations (LC50) of the metals at 96 hours to the Tegillarca granosa are 1.984mg/L, 0.147mg/L respectively, the safe concentrations for Tegillarca granosa were 19.84μg/L for Cd2+and 1.47μg/L for Cu2+.
