感觉统合训练对维持性血液透析患者认知功能影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨感觉统合训练对维持性血液透析（MHD）患者认知功能的影响。方法：选择2010年9月-2013年6月本院收治的48例伴有轻度认知障碍的维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象，分层随机分为训练组26例和对照组22例，训练组给予感觉统合训练，对照组不进行任何特殊训练，应用蒙特利尔认知量表（MoCA）评估认知功能，巴氏指数（BI）评估日常生活活动能力（ADL）。结果：训练后，训练组MoCA量表评分、ADL-BI评分均优于训练前及对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组训练后MoCA量表评分低于训练前，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。训练组效果显著优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：感觉统合训练可改善维持性血液透析患者认知功能和日常生活活动能力；维持性血液透析患者认知水平下降可能与疾病病程及血液透析月龄有关。 　　【关键词】 感觉统合训练； 维持性血液透析； 认知功能； 蒙特利尔认知量表 　　Effect of Sensory Integration Training on Cognitive Function in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients/CHAI Chun-xiang，CHEN Xue-xun，ZHANG Hai-bo，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（34）：116-118 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of sensory integration training on cognitive function in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method：48 maintain hemodialysis patients with mild cognitive impairment in our hospital from September 2010 to June 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the training group （26 cases） and the control group （22 cases）.The maintain hemodialysis patients in the training group received sensory integration training.Patients in the control group were not given any training.Montreal Cognitive Assessment （MoCA） was used to evaluate the cognitive function and Barthel index was used to evaluate the abilities of daily living.Result：After the training，the scores of MoCA and ADL-BI in the training group were better than those before training and those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After the training，the score of MoCA in the training group was lower than that before training，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The effect of the training group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Sensory integration training can improve maintenance hemodialysis patients’ cognitive function and activities of daily living.The cognitive function of maintain hemodialysis patients has a downward trend with the increase of course of disease and hemodialysis
