摘要:中小学校长听课是体现校长教学管理的重要举措,也是校长履行职能
的重要体现。中小学校长听课一方面可以指导和帮助教师提升教学水平,促进教 师专业化发展;另一方面校长可以了解学生学习、教师教学的基本情况,评估学 校各方面管理成效,诊断学校教学管理中的问题,旨在提高学校教育教学质量, 使中小学校长在引领教育教学研究、促进学校内涵发展中发挥校长应有的责任和 使命。
论文主要分为三部分。第一部分为绪论。通过对中小学校长听课研究背景的 介绍,界定了中小学校长、听课等基本概念,并就中小学校长听课的进行国内外 文献综述。在文献综述的简要评析基础上,论文主要围绕以下基本问题展开相关 论述:现阶段我国中小学校长听课的现状是什么?当前中小学校长听课的问题及 原因是什么?如何进步提升和改善中小学校长的听课能力?
论文第二部分为实证研究。一方面通过调查问卷从中小学校长听课基本状 况、听课类型的分析情况、听课的反馈情况、听课制度的实际执行情况和影响中 小学校长听课的因素等方面进行调查分析;另一方面,进一步对若干校长进行访 谈,来了解当前中小学校长听课的意义、方式、问题和改善措施。综合实证调查 的结果,分析中小学校长听课存在的问题及原因。
论文第三部分是中小学校长听课的对策。基于中小学校长听课问题中的原 因,提出以下主要对策:建立以“交往—发展性教学评价”为基础的中小学校长 听课;完善中小学校长听课培训体系和促进中小学校长听课制度建设等三方面对 中小学校长听课提出建议。

ABSTRACT
The headmasters’ attending lectures are embodied important principals of teaching management, as well as an important embodiment of the principal function performance. On the one hand , The headmasters’ attending lectures can guide and help the teachers to enhance the teaching level of the students in primary and secondary schools, to promote teachers professional development needs; On the other hand, principals can understand the basic situation of student learning, teaching, assessment of all aspects of the school management, diagnosis of school teaching management, to improve the teaching quality of school education, which promote the primary and secondary school principals in the education teaching and research as well as school connotation development to have responsibility and mission.
The paper is divided into three parts. The first part is introduction. Based on the research background of primary and secondary school principals in class introduction, defines the basic concept of the headmaster, classes in primary and secondary schools, and launches a review of relevant literature at home and abroad. In the literature review on the basis of the analysis, this paper mainly focuses on the following basic questions: What is the status of the students in primary and middle schools in China at the prese
