微信群在临床药师规范化培训中作用   摘 要 微信在日常生活和工作中被人们普遍使用,作为一种电子媒介,大大方便和促进了信息的传递和沟通。我们在临床药师毕业后规范化培训中尝试应用微信群开展互动式教学,效果较好。学员在发现临床用药问题和困难时,可以及时在群里提出并讨论;在充分师生互动的讨论中,进行文献资料交流、横向比较药学知识并提出治疗方案的修改建议等;在解决用药问题的同时,还能拓展知识;微信群还可以共享学术资源、分享学习的心得体会等。   关键词 临床药学 教学方法 微信群   中图分类号:G712 文献标识码:C 文章编号:1006-1533(2018)05-0064-03   The role of WeChat group in the standardized training of clinical pharmacists   YE Xiaofen1*, CAI Yingyun1**, LYU Qianzhou1, WU Wei2, ZHU Hong3, LE Kejia 4   ( 1. As an electronic medium, it greatly facilitates and promotes the transmission and communication of information. We tried to use WeChat group in the standardized training of clinical pharmacists after graduation to conduct interactive teaching and found that it was an effective teaching method. Firstly, the problems and difficulties of drug therapy could be put forward and discussed in time. Secondly, the teacher could exchange document literature with students by interactive discussion and give suggestion about the problems and compare horizontally pharmaceutical knowledge between different drugs and so on. Meanwhile, this method could not only solve the problem of specific patient, but also expand pharmaceutical knowledge. In addition, academic resources and valuable experience could be shared in WeChat group.
