急性阑尾炎手术中小切口阑尾切除术应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨急性阑尾炎手术中小切口阑尾切除术的临床效果。方法：选取符合标准的急性阑尾炎患者80例，将80例患者按随机数字表法分为两组，观察组采用小切口阑尾切除术，对照组采用传统的急性阑尾炎治疗方法，比较两组患者术后的恢复效果和术后并发症。结果：两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后止痛药的使用率、术后排气时间及住院时间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组并发症发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：小切口阑尾切除术具有对设备和医生的要求低、创伤轻、手术时间短、手术适用范围广和术后恢复快等特点。该手术对基层医院十分适用，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 阑尾炎； 小切口； 手术 　　中图分类号 R656.8 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）4-0040-03 　　Application Research of Small Incision Appendectomy in Acute Appendicitis Surgery/SUN Lin-quan，LIANG Hong-xing，SUN Dao-hui，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（4）：40-42 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of small incision appendectomy surgery in acute appendicitis.Method：A total of 80 cases met the standard of acute appendicitis were chosen.Those 80 patients were divided into the two groups by the random table， and patients in the observer group used small incision appendectomy， and patients in the control group used the traditional method in the treatment of acute appendicitis.The postoperative recovery effect and postoperative complications in the two groups were compared.Result：Volume of bleeding， the rate of using postoperative paregoric， operation time， postoperative exhaust time and hospital stays were compared， and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The rates of coplications in the two groups were compared， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Small incision appendectomy has a lot of characteristics， such as the request for equipment and doctors is low， and the trauma is light， and the surgical time is short， and the range of application is wide， and the postoperative recovery is fast， and so on.It is very applicable to grass-roots hospitals， and is worthy of promoting in the clinical. 　　【Key words】 Appendicitis； Small incision； Operation 　　First-author’s address：The First People’s Hospital of Xianning City，Xianning 437014，China 　　急性阑尾炎是普外科很常见的一种急性腹部疾病，居各种急性腹部疾病的首位，病者多为青壮年，20～30岁的患者占40%左右，但急性阑尾炎
