May, 2014 中文 中文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 近年来，在全球经济一体化的背景下，社会责任越来越成为企业管理中的一 个重要部分。据相关数据显示，我国近 90％的大中型企业愿意了解企业社会责任 的概念，43.6％的中国百强企业发布了年度的企业社会责任报告，63.8％的企业披 露了企业社会责任相关理念的内容，这在一定程度上说明企业对社会责任的关注 度不断上升。总承包企业作为建筑行业中不可忽视的一个企业群体，其履行社会 责任的积极性值得我们关注并重视。 目前，学术界关于企业社会责任的研究大多针对所有企业而言，立足于特定 类型企业的较少；其分析成果亦大多集中在战略层面，理论充足却较难引导社会 实践。从研究角度考虑，这种现状不利于企业社会责任研究的深度挖掘，从实践 角度考虑，企业、监督机构缺少切实可行的依据，不利于企业社会责任的推广。 考虑到当前社会建筑业的飞速发展及有关建筑业企业社会责任的研究很少，本文 最终选取总承包企业作为研究对象，研究具体的企业社会责任行为，旨在丰富相 关理论，为企业履行社会责任指明方向，为社会公众评判企业提供具体标准。 本研究通过对企业社会责任文献、总承包企业社会责任报告的分析，从中识 别出总承包企业的利益相关主体及具体的企业社会责任行为，构建一套以利益相 关主体为一级指标、具体的社会责任行为为二级指标的履行基准，在此指标的基 础上，通过博弈模型的运用，模拟出总承包企业履行社会责任行为时的选择依据， 最后，通过对现有总承包企业社会责任报告的数据整理，分析出相应具体企业社 会责任行为的履行范围，完善博弈模型。 本研究构建的总承包企业社会责任行为指标可为总承包企业履行社会责任指 明方向，博弈模型的运用可为总承包企业社会责任的行为选择提供量化依据，一 定程度上促进了企业社会责任理论的发展。然而，本研究在指标完善、模型构建、 数据搜集等方面仍存在诸多局限性，需要加强。 关键词：总承包企业；企业社会责任；利益相关主体；行为选择；博弈模型 英文摘 英文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT In recent years, corporate social responsibility is gradual of great significance for corporate management, with the trend of global economic integration. According to relevant statistics, there are nearly 90 percent of medium-sized enterprises which are willing to understand the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility, with 43.6% of the Chinese top 100 enterprises having released annual Corporate Social Responsibility Report, as well as 63.8% of the companies having disclosed the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility-related content.
