急诊治疗阵发性室上性心动过速方法分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析治疗阵发性室上性心动过速有效的急诊治疗方法。方法：选取2014年1月-2015年9月本院急诊科收治的阵发性室上性心动过速患者125例作为研究对象，根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组61例和观察组64例。对照组给予普罗帕酮，观察组给予三磷酸腺苷，比较两组患者的转律成功率、用药不良反应发生率及转律时间。结果：观察组转律成功率为95.31%，明显高于对照组的83.61%，不良反应发生率为10.94%，明显低于对照组的40.98%，转律时间为（1.05±0.31）min，明显低于对照组的（30.17±16.83）min，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在阵发性室上性心动过速患者的急诊治疗过程中，使用三磷酸腺苷能够提高转律成功率，迅速改善患者的临床症状，不良反应少，用药安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 阵发性室上性心动过速； 急诊治疗； 治疗方法 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effective emergency treatment for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Method：From January 2014 to September 2015，125 cases of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in emergency department of our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the control group of 61 cases and the observation group of 64 cases according to the different treatment methods。The control group was given Propafenone and the observation group was given adenosine triphosphate，the success rate of transfer，the incidence of adverse drug reactions and transfer time in two groups were compared.Result：The success rate of transfer in observation group was 95.31%，significantly higher than 83.61% of the control group，the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.94%，significantly lower than 40.98% of the control group，the transfer time was （1.05±0.31）min，significantly lower than （30.17±16.83） min of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia patients of emergency treatment process，using adenosine triphosphate can improve the ratio of cardioversion and rapid improvement clinical symptoms，less adverse reactions，the medication is safe and reliable，it is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia； Emergency treatment； Treatment method 　　First-author’s address：The Sixth People’s Hospital of Nansha District in Guangzhou City，Guangzhou 511470，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.15.038 　　阵发性室上性心动过速指的是起源于房室
