中文摘要 中文摘要 重庆大学硕 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 我国正处于从传统社会向现代社会、从农业社会向 HYPERLINK /view/408879.htm 工业社会、从封闭性社 会向开放性社会变迁和发展的 转型时期，特别是近 20 年来，国家颁布一系列的 措施促进城乡一体化的发展，使得乡村的社会经济发展速度迅猛提高，乡村聚落 的社会生活方式发生急剧变化，似乎是在一夜之间,传统乡村聚落的空间形态及建 筑形制或多或少地表现出对乡村聚落转型发展要求的不适应性。由此，在转型发 展的推动下，乡村聚落的空间重构便成为现实的必然。而重庆地区受自然条件、 区位交通影响，乡村聚落的空间重构有其自身的特殊性，值得学术上的探讨。 本文立足“转型—重构”之间的互动关系，研究乡村聚落空间重构的规划策略。 论文以重庆地区的乡村聚落发展为研究对象，首先探讨了其乡村聚落重构的转型 背景；然后，从宏观层面探究乡村聚落转型的总体趋势，从微观层面，研究目前 重庆地区具有代表性的“变革—新建”、“融合—改建”、“共生—添建”三种“转型— 重构”互动类型的乡村聚落，从转型特点、重构特点、影响机制等方面进行剖析， 进而总结出在转型作用下的乡村聚落空间重构的四个要素，分别是聚落空间形态、 聚落空间结构、聚落风貌和聚落功能。 其次，基于这四个重构要素，在重构方式（外力推动）和影响因子（内力影 响）的综合作用下，提炼出乡村聚落空间重构的四个主要方面，即空间形态营建、 风貌控制、住宅设计和空间支持，并详细论述各自的重构规划策略。 最后，通过对《重庆市永川区村庄整治规划》中的四种重构类型——扩建政 治型、改建型、添建型、新建型——的聚居点规划实践探索，来验证文中对乡村 聚落空间重构策略研究的合理性和可实施性。 关键词：转型，乡村聚落，空间重构，规划策略 英文摘要 英文摘要 重庆大学硕 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT China is the transition period,which from a traditional society to a modern society, from an agricultural society to industrial society, from a closed society to the open social change and development.
