循证护理在晚期恶性肿瘤并发肠梗阻患者中应用效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨循证护理在晚期恶性肿瘤并发肠梗阻患者中的应用效果。方法：选取本院收治的恶性肿瘤并发肠梗阻患者90例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各45例患者，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予循证护理，比较两组在肛门排气排便时间、腹胀腹痛缓解时间、住院时间、对护理的满意度、对护理医嘱的遵从性、长期生活质量和治疗有效率。结果：经循证护理干预后，观察组肛门排气排便时间、腹胀腹痛缓解时间、住院时间均短于对照组，对护理的满意度及护理医嘱的遵从性高于对照组，长期生活质量和治疗有效率优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：循证护理在提升患者的恢复进度、缓解症状、缩短住院时间、提高生活质量和治疗有效率方面有明显优势。同时，循证护理可以密切医护、护患沟通，提高护理质量和患者遵从性。 　　【关键词】 循证护理； 恶性肿瘤； 肠梗阻 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing on advanced malignant tumor with intestinal obstruction.Method： 90 patients in our hospital were selected of the malignant tumor with intestinal obstruction，and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group，45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing，and the observation group was received evidence-based nursing.The two groups of anus exhausted and defecated time，abdominal distension and abdominal pain relief time， hospitalization time，the nursing satisfaction，long-term nursing compliance，long-term quality of life and the treatment of efficient were compared. Result： After the treatment of different nursing ，the confirmation of nursing observation group in the anus exhausted and defecated time， abdominal distension and abdominal pain relief time，and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction，long-term nursing compliance， long-term quality of life and the treatment of efficient were better than that of the control group.Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing has advantages in improving the patient’s recovery progress， relieving symptoms ， shorten hospitalization time ， improving the quality of life and the treatment of efficient.Meanwhile，it is helpful to promote communicating with doctors and nurses， nurses and patients，improve nursing quality and patients compliance. 　　【Key words】 Evidence-based nursing； Advanced malignant tumor； Intestinal obstruction 　　First-author’s address：The Fourth
