循证护理对减少全膝关节置换术后出血影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究全膝关节置换术后采用循证护理对控制切口出血、减少不必要输血的应用效果。 方法 选取2015年3～5月未建立循证护理小组前行全膝关节置换术患者45例作为对照组，另选取2015年8～10月建立循证护理小组后行全膝关节置换术患者47例作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用循证护理，比较两组患者术后切口引流量、输血率及医生对护士的护理满意度。 结果 观察组切口引流量及输血率明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05或P0.01）。观察组医生对护士护理满意度上升到97.87%，与对照组的66.67%比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 循证护理使护理更具科学依据，能显著减少全膝关节置换术后出血量及输血率，促进患者康复，也使得医生对护士护理满意度大大提高，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 全膝关节置换术；循证护理；引流量；输血率 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（c）-0154-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application effects of using evidence-based nursing in controlling incision hemorrhage and reducing unnecessary blood transfusion after total knee replacement. Methods 45 cases who conducted total knee replacement from March to May 2015，before set up evidence-based nursing group，were selected as control group.47 cases who conducted total knee replacement from August to October 2015，afterset up evidence-based nursing group，were selected as observation group.Patients in control group were used routine nursing，and patients in observation group were used evidence-based nursing.Incision flow，blood transfusion rate and doctor on the nursing satisfaction after operation in two groups were compared. Results The incision flow and blood transfusion rate in observation group were obvious less than that in control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05 or P0.01）.The doctor on the nursing satisfaction in observation group increased to 97.87%，which was 66.67% in control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
