悬吊式无气腹妇科腹腔镜手术体会及文献复习 　　【摘 要】目的 通过对照悬吊式无气腹腹腔镜与腹腔镜妇科手术，探讨无气腹腹腔镜手术在妇科手术中应用的临床价值；同时对悬吊式无气腹腹腔镜手术的优劣进行文献复习。方法 2011 年1 月至2011年12月，应用日本岛科公司生产的无气腹腹腔镜手术的悬吊腹壁器械施行无气腹腹腔镜下手术38例，其中卵巢囊肿剔除术12例，子宫肌瘤剔除术11例，不孕症手术7例，输卵管妊娠输卵管切除术6例，腹腔镜子宫切除术2例，并选择同期有气腹腹腔镜手术78例作对照。结果：无气腹腹腔镜妇科手术与有气腹腹腔镜手术相比手术时间、术中出血、手术并发症、术后恢复均无明显差异。结论：悬吊式无气腹腹腔镜妇科手术是一种实用、安全、经济的手术方法。随着器械的更新完善，手术经验的积累，悬吊式无气腹腹腔镜妇科手术会得到越来越广泛的应用。 　　【关键词】腹腔镜；无气腹；妇科手术 　　Lifting method gynecologicai laparoscopic operation experience and literature review 　　liu Hai-ying Chenl xiao-yuan Lin Qing-ping Zhang Bei department of gynaecology，xiamen the second hospital Xiamen，361021，China 　　Abstract Objective To contrast Lifting method laparoscopic operation and laparoscopic gynecological surgery，discusses the application ofLifting method laparoscopic operation in gynecologic surgery clinical value.The advantages and disadvantages of Lifting method laparoscopic operation were discussed by the literature review.Methods Between January 2011 to Dece mber 2011，the application of the Japanese island company production Lifting method gynecologicai laparoscopic surgery instrument 38 cases，12 cases of ovarian cystectomy，uterine myomectomy in 11 cases，7 cases of infertility surgery，6 cases of tubal pregnancy salpingectomy，2 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy.And selecting the same period 78 cases of laparoscopic surgery were compared.Results：Lifting method no gasless laparoscopic gynecologic surgery compared with gasless laparoscopic operation，surgery operation time，intraoperative bleeding，surgical complications and postoperative recovery were no obvious difference.Conclusion：t Lifting method gynecologicai laparoscopic operation is a kind of practical，safe and economic operation method.As the equipment improving，operation experience accumulating，Lifting method gynecologicai laparoscopic operation will be more and more widely used. 　　key words laparoscopic operation；Lifting method laparoscopic operation；Gynecologic surgery 　　随着微创理念和微创技术的发展，腹腔镜手术已广泛应用于妇产科临床.无气腹
