慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉合并支气管哮喘患者鼻窦内镜手术对支气管哮喘疗效影响分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨鼻窦内镜技术对慢性鼻窦炎合并支气管哮喘患者的发作影响。 方法 选取该院在2008年1月―2013年1月收治的50例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者，50例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉合并支气管哮喘患者，50例健康正常组。对3组进行sCD23、sIL-2R、IL-4指标对比，鼻窦内镜手术对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉合并支气管哮喘对支气管哮喘疗效的影响。 结果 与术前相比，鼻窦炎组、合并哮喘组术后的sCD23、sIL-2R、IL-4水平显著降低，IFN-γ水平显著升高（P0.05）；50例合并支气管哮喘患者，发作次数减少31例（62.0%），发作次数无变化28例（56.0%），次数增加1例（2.0%）。 结论 鼻窦内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉合并支气管哮喘患者，可调节患者的sCD23、sIL-2R、IFN-γ、IL-4水平，使哮喘的发作频率大为降低，远期疗效确切，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词] 鼻窦内镜手术；鼻窦炎鼻息肉；支气管哮喘 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（b）-0038-03 　　Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery on Bronchial Asthma in Patients with Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps 　　CHEN Cong-yun，MA Sai，ZHAO Xuan-jun，LIU Xi 　　Department of Otolaryngology， Nanshuncheng Branch of Zhaotong Hospital of TCM， Zhaotong， Yunnan Province， 657000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on the seizure frequency of bronchial asthma in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps .
