探讨老年患者消化道出血护理 　　[摘要] 目的 研究老年患者消化道出血的护理方法。方法 选取该院在2013年2月―2014年2月间收治的62例消化道出血老年患者的临床资料，根据随机数字分组法原则，将患者分为两组，每组各31例病例。对照组为常规护理，观察组为人性化护理，比较两组患者护理前后的抑郁、焦虑评分与住院时间、止血时间、护理满意度。结果 ①观察组的抑郁、焦虑评分优于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。②观察组的止血时间、住院时间短于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。③观察组护理满意度为96.8%，对照组护理满意度为83.9%。观察组满意度优于对照组，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在消化道出血老年患者实施人性化护理，可以取得较好的护理效果，能够在短时间内为患者止血，缩短住院时间，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 老年患者；消化道出血；个性化护理 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（c）-0144-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the nursing method for elderly patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods The clinical data of 62 elderly patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected. In accordance with the random number table method， the patients were divided into two groups， with 31 patients in each. The control group were treated by the conventional nursing， while the observation group were treated by the individualized nursing. And the scores of SDS and SAS before and after nursing， length of stay， hemostasis time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results ① Compared with the control group， the scores of SDS and SAS of the observation group were much better， with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. ② The observation group had shorter hemostasis time and length of stay than the control group with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. ③ The observation group had better nursing satisfaction than the control group（96.8% vs 83.9% ） with statistically significant difference（P0.05）.
