Terms of Tender 本项目新建磨丁至万象线铁路工程，项目业主为老中铁路有限公司，建设资金已落实。招标人为老中 铁路有限公司。招标公告附表中所列甲供物资已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标。 The project is the New Boten-Vientiane Railway: The Employer of the Project is Laos-China Railway Company Limited, and the construction funds have been obtained. The Purchaser is Laos-China Railway Company Limited. The items listed in the schedule of the IFB satisfying tender conditions are now subject to open bidding. 2. 项目概况与招标内容 2. Project Overview and Bidding Content 2.1 项目概况：新建铁路磨丁至万象线北起中老边境口岸磨丁，向南经老挝北部的南塔省、乌多姆赛省、 琅勃拉邦省、万象省后到达老挝人民民主共和国首都万象市，线路全长414.332km 。采用中国铁路技术标准， 中方企业负责工程建设。 2.1 Project Overview: The New Boten-Vientiane Railway starts from the Laos-China border-Boten in the north, runs southwards to pass through Namtha, Oudomxai, LuangPrabang, and Vientiane provinces in the northern Laos, and finally ends at the capital of the Lao People ’s Democratic Republic-Vientiane, with a whole length of 414.332 km. The Chinese company shall be responsible for project construction in accordance with Chinese railway technical standards. 2.2 招标内容：本次招标的止水带数量、包件划分、资格条件等详见公告附表。 2.2 Bidding Content: please see the schedule of IFB for detailed list of items, quantity, package number, qualification requirements of Owner-supply material and equipment of this bidding. 3. 投标人资格要求 3.
