视知觉学习联合间断遮盖治疗对小儿弱视临床疗效与遵医行为的影响   【摘要】 目的:探讨视知觉学习联合间断遮盖治疗对小儿弱视临床疗效与遵医行为的影响。方法:选取本院2010年1月-2013年8月本院眼科门诊收治的小儿弱视患者115例(204眼)作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组57例采用戴镜联合间断遮盖治疗,观察组58例在对照组基础上采用视知觉学习,比较两组临床疗效与遵医行为等的差异。结果:观察组治疗有效率及遵医率均明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组BCVA明显高于对照组,散光程度明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,观察组潜伏期、M振幅明显低于对照组,波幅密度、B/M明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:视知觉学习联合间断遮盖治疗对小儿弱视临床疗效显著,可提高遵医行为,值得临床推广应用。   【关键词】 视知觉学习; 间断遮盖; 小儿; 弱视; 遵医行为   【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of visual perceptual learning combined with intercostal patching treatment in children with amblyopia on the clinical curative effect and medical behavior.Method:115 children(204 eyes) with amblyopia in the ophthalmology clinic of our hospital from January 2010 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(57 cases) was given the treatment of wearing mirror and intercostal patching.The observation group was given visual perceptual learning on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect and medical behavior were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment efficient rate and the compliance rate of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,the BCVA of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group,the degree of astigmatism was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,the incubation period and M amplitude of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group,the amplitude density and B/M were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Visual perceptual learning combined with intercostal patching treatment in children with amblyopia has distinct clinical curative effect,it can improve the medical behavior.It is worthy of clinical popula
