腹腔镜内镜微创保胆治疗胆囊息肉59例疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 对腹腔镜内镜微创保胆治疗胆囊息肉的疗效进行分析探讨。方法 整群选取2014年12月―2016年9月期间到该院治疗的胆囊息肉患者118例，按手术方式不同将患者分为对照组（59例）和研究组（59例），研究组行腹腔镜内镜微创保胆术，对照组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，对两组患者手术时间、 术后肛门排气时间、术后并发症发生率及住院时间进行比较。结果 研究组患者手术时间（58.36±4.91）min、肛门排气时间（17.69±3.77）h与对照组组手术时间（64.21±2.47）min、肛门排气时间（24.74±4.03）h相比较短，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），但住院时间差异无统计学意义；另外，研究组患者并发症发生率比对照组低（P0.05）。结论 与腹腔镜胆囊切除术相比，腹腔镜内镜微创保胆术治疗胆囊息肉手术时间、肛门排气时间短，患者并发症发生率低，治疗质量提高，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜；微创；保胆；胆囊息肉；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）03（b）-0081-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the curative effect of minimally invasive endoscopic treatment of gallbladder polyps. Methods 118 cases of patients with gallbladder polyps treated in our hospital from December 2014 to September 2016 were selected as a group and divided into two groups according to different operation methods with 59 cases in each， the research group were given the minimally invasive endoscopic treatment， while the control group were given the laparoscopic cholecystectomy， and the operaton time， postoperative anus exhaust time， incidence rate of postoperative complications and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the operation time， anus exhaust time between the research group and the control group had statistical significance [（58.36±4.91）min， （17.69±3.77）h vs （64.21±2.47）min， （24.74±4.03）] h（P0.05）， but there was no statistically significant difference in the length of stay， besides， the incidence rate of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The operation time and anus exhaust time of minimally invasive endoscopic treatment of gallbladder polyps are shorter than those of laparoscopic cholecystectomy with lower incidence rate of complications of patients， and the treatment quality is improved， and it is worth clinical promotion and application. 　　[Key words] Laparoscope； Minimally invasive； Protect gallbladder； Gallbladder polyps； Curative effec
