Along with the social material level enhancement, people pay more attention to the design of spiritual demand. At present, the design of outdoor sit resting space, use is functionalism for people in the planning principle, the psychology, behavior of public space, such subtle aspects interact thoughtless and research. Therefore, creates the public space cannot satisfy citizens demand, cannot be good use and caused a lot of unnecessary waste of resources. So in this case, this paper many faceted with people-oriented design concept, with sit as the breakthrough point, with outdoor sit resting space as the research object, and study fully public sit resting space of human external behavior and intrinsic psychological characteristics, build people with sit behavior of the seat demand the environmental design.
