择时隔姜督灸对中老年类风湿关节炎患者疼痛影响 　　【摘 要】目的：通过观察择时隔姜督灸对中老年类风湿关节炎患者疼痛的影响，探讨缓解中老年类风湿关节炎疼痛的有效方法。方法：将78例中老年类风湿关节炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组39例。对照组行常规药物治疗及健康指导，治疗组在对照组基础上于酉时（17：00～19：00）行隔姜督灸疗法，治疗21 d。采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、压痛关节个数及疼痛消失时间来评价治疗前后2组患者的疼痛变化情况。结果：治疗后，2组患者的VAS疼痛评分、压痛关节个数及疼痛持续时间较治疗前均有下降，差异有统计学意义（P 0.01）；治疗后治疗组患者的VAS疼痛评分、压痛关节个数及疼痛持续时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.01）。结论：择时隔姜督灸疗法可有效缓解中老年类风湿关节炎患者疼痛。 　　【关键词】 关节炎，类风湿；隔姜督灸；疼痛；子午流注；经络学说 　　Effect of Timing Ginger Moxibustion on the Governor Meridian on Pain of Middle Aged and Elderly Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis 　　MEI Yang-yang，FU Chang-long，PANG Shu-qin，ZHENG Li-xiu，YAO Li-qun，LIN Jie，YE Jin-xia 　　【ABSTRACT】Objective：To explore the effective method of relieving the pain of middle aged and elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis by observing the effect of timing ginger moxibustion on the governor meridian.Methods：Seventy eight cases of middle aged and elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group，39 cases in each.The control group were given routine treatment and health guidance，while the treatment group were given timing ginger moxibustion on the governor meridian from 17：00 to 19：00 for 21 days on the basis of the treatment for the control group.The changes of pain in the two groups were evaluated by the visual analogue scales （VAS），the number of joint tenderness and the duration of pain relief.Results：After treatment，the VAS pain score，the number of joint tenderness and the duration of pain decreased compared with those before treatment，and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.01）.After the treatment，the VAS pain score，the number of joint tenderness and the duration of pain were less or lower than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P 0.01）.Conclusion：Timing ginger moxibustion can effectively alleviate the pain of rheumatoid arthritis in middle aged and elderly patients. 　　【Keywords】 arthritis，rheumatoid；ginger moxibusti
