万方数据 万方数据 Abstract With the rapid growth of the domestic 3G users, as the competition of 3G service market intensifies, three domestic telecom operators have researched in the behavior of market consumers. And they have developed the new 3G services and expanded the 3G service market, in order to meet the demand for market users as far as possible. In the case of the market competition, expanding the 3G market may face some risks, and expanding a certain cost can actually win customers. Therefore, researching the risk factors and controlling the risk in the process, proposing controlling measures of target risk will be helpful to effectively evade and decrease risk losses in the process of 3G business development and market expansion by China mobile. Besides, it make sure that the market expansion of 3G business can be went opportunely. Thence, the topic of the paper is meaningful. In this thesis, we take the 3G business of China Mobile as the background, based on the existed research results, focus on researching risks that may exist in the process of the market expansion of China Mobiles 3G business. Firstly, the present situation of China Mobile’s 3G services are described, and design the questionnaire to do survey research on the Internet. A variety of risk factors in the process of the market expansion of China Mobiles 3G service can be received. Then, the paper considers the market expansion of 3G service as an issue of supply chain management, and establishes the chain of China mobile’s 3G service in order to get the risk factors which are existed in the 3G service chain. Furthermore, from the point of subject related to benefit, we set up a risk-shared contract model about 3G service chain, and analyzes the income of these stakeholders and the income changes of the whole service chain which are resulted as different income distribution coefficients under the different contract model of revenue sharing level of risk under the conditions of different risk de
