Then, through the research and comparison of Chinese private enterprises sharing the benefits of company system and western share economy form of the practice, and summed up some to the construction of Chinese private enterprises sharing the benefits of company system a good reference and inspiration. Finally, through to the typical private enterprises samples on the basis of the study, the current in the private enterprises in the construction of enterprise and worker interest sharing mechanism and analyzes the main problems of related research and summary, to the private enterprises to realize enterprise and employee benefit sharing mechanism of the basic paths were analyzed, and then put forward to solve the construction private enterprises sharing the benefits of company system issue relevant policy recommendations.
