护理风险安全管理在肿瘤患者中应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨对肿瘤患者施行护理安全管理方法的临床应用效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2017年1月施行护理安全管理措施时我院收治的肿瘤患者76例作为观察组，选取2013年1月～2015年1月未施行护理安全管理措施时收治的肿瘤患者40例作为对照组。对两组患者的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析，对比两组患者临床风险发生率和护理满意度。结果 观察组患者护理风险发生人次为17例，护理风险发生率为22.37%；对照组患者护理风险发生人次为18例，护理风险发生率为42.5%，观察组护理风险发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者护理满意度为90.79%显著高于对照组（72.5%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 肿瘤患者施行护理安全管理措施后，临床护理风险发生率明显降低，患者的满意度提升，说明应用护理安全管理能够有效提高临床护理质量，值得临床推广和应用。 　　[关键词]安全管理措施；护理风险；患者满意度 　　[中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（b）-0174-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical application effect of nursing safety management in cancer patients.Methods 76 cancer patients from January 2015 to January 2017 when nursing safety management measures have been implemented were selected as observation group.40 cancer patients from January 2013 to January 2015 when nursing safety management measures have not been implemented were selected as control group.The clinical nursing data of two groups were analyzed retrospectively.The incidence of clinical risk and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Among the 76 patients in the observation group，there were 17 cases with nursing risk，and the incidence of nursing risk was 22.37%，and among the 40 patients in the control group，there were 18 cases with nursing risk，and the incidence of nursing risk was 42.5%，the incidence of nursing risk in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction degree in the observation group was 90.79%，which was higher than that was 72.5% in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion After the implementation of nursing safety management measures，the incidence of clinical nursing risk decreased significantly，and the patients′ satisfaction was improved，which shows that the application of nursing safety management can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursi
