指夹式血氧仪测量血氧饱和度纳入入院流程意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨指夹式测量血氧饱和度纳入入院流程的作用及意义。 方法 选择2016年1～7月我院内二科共收住患者848例，使用指夹式血氧仪常规测量患者血氧饱和度。 结果 传统评估低氧血症准确率82.55%，使用指夹式血氧仪评估低氧血症准确率96.93%，指夹式血氧仪准确率显著高于传统评估方法（P0.05）；报警处理时间对比方面，应用指夹式血氧仪的处理时间显著少于传统缺氧评估（P0.05）；误报警发生情况方面，应用指夹式血氧仪的误报警率以及患者不良事件例数均显著少于传统缺氧评估（P0.05）。 结论 指夹式测量血氧饱和度便于及时发现患者是否存在低氧血症、组织灌注不足等异常情况，对早期筛选血氧饱和度低下的患者具有较高的灵敏度，是一项安全、非侵入性、费用低、可行且合理的检测技术，对疾病的早发现、早治疗起重要的作用，值得临床慢病科室推广使用。 　　[关键词] 指夹式测量；血氧饱和度；入院流程；意义；报警 　　[中图分类号] R446.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）14-0076-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect and significance of finger clip oximetry of oxygen saturation into admission process. Methods 848 patients admitted in the Ward 2， Department of Internal Medicine from January to July 2016 were enrolled， and the blood oxygen saturation of the newly admitted patients was measured by finger clip oximetry. Results The accuracy rate of hypoxemia was 82.55% by traditional assessment， and the accuracy rate of hypoxemia was 96.93% by finger clip oximetry. The accuracy of finger clip oximetry was significantly higher than that of traditional assessment（P0.05）. The treatment time of the finger clip oximetry was significantly less than that of the traditional assessment（P0.05）. In the case of false alarm occurrence， the false alarm rate and the case of adverse events of the finger clip oximetry were lower than those of traditional assessment（P0.05）. Conclusion Finger clip measurement of oxygen saturation facilitates the timely detection of abnormal situation such as hypoxemia and tissue perfusion in patients， which has a high sensitivity in early screening of patients with low oxygen saturation， and is a safe， non-invasive， low cost， feasible and reasonable detection technology. And it plays an important role in early detection and early treatment of disease.
