肺心胶囊对AECOPD患者动脉血气分析及C―反应蛋白的临床观察 　　【摘要】目的：观察肺心胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者动脉血中PaCO2、PO2及血清中C-反应蛋白的影响。方法：将60例AECOPD患者随机分为观察组A和对照组B，观察组A在常规治疗（常规吸氧、抗感染、解痉、平喘）基础上加用肺心胶囊。分别测定两组治疗前和治疗2周后动脉血中PaCO2、PO2及血清中C-反应蛋白的变化情况。结果：两组动脉血气中PO2均升高，而PaCO2及C-反应蛋白水平均降低，但与对照组比较，观察组AECOPD患者动脉血气中PO2升高更明显，而PaCO2及C-反应蛋白水平降低更显著（Plt;005）。结论：肺心胶囊能显著改善AECOPD患者动脉血中PO2，降低动脉血中PaCO2，从而起到治疗作用。 　　【关键词】 肺心胶囊;慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作（AECOPD）;动脉血气;C-反应蛋白 　　【中图分类号】R241 　　【文献标志码】 　　B【文章编号】1005-0019（2018）06-008-01 　　Clinical observation of arterial blood gas analysis and C- reactive protein in AECOPD patients with pulmonary heart capsule 　　PENGYANBAIXUE*LITAOLANXIA（Department of Cardiovascular diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Medical University of Southwest China，Luzhou 646000， China） 　　Abstract Objective：investigating the effect of pulmonary heart capsule on PaCO2， PO2 and serum C- reactive protein in arterial blood in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）;Methods： The 60 cases of AECOPD were randomly divided into observation group A and control group B， the A in the observation group was basing on the conventional treatment （conventional oxygen therapy， anti infection， spasmolysis and anti asthma） increasing the use of fei-xin capsule， But the control group being treated with routine reatment.Then measure the changes of PaCO2， PO2 and serum C- reactive protein in arterial blood before and after treatment for 2 weeks respectively.Results：The PO2 were increased in the two groups， the PaCO2 and C- reactive protein levels were decreased， TO Compare with the control group， the observation group AECOPD patients with arterial blood gas PO2 increased more significantly， But the level of PaCO2 and C- reaction protein decreased more significantly（Plt;005）.
