苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压的效果探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨高血压患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗的临床效果。方法 整群选取2013年6月―2015年6月期间该院收治的86例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各43例。两组患者参与研究前，均停药2周或未曾服用过降压药物，随后观察组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗，对照组采用贝那普利治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的降压效果及不良反应等情况。结果 治疗2周后，观察组、对照组SBP、DBP与本组治疗前相比，组间差异无统计学意义P0.05；观察组SBP、DBP与对照组比较，组间差异无统计学意义P0.05。治疗4周后：观察组、对照组SBP、DBP与本组治疗前相比，组间差异有统计学意义P0.05；观察组SBP、DBP与对照组比较，组间差异有统计学意义P0.05。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义P0.05。结论 高血压患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗，降压效果较为理想，且不良反应较少，是一种较为可靠的治疗模式。 　　[关键词] 高血压；苯磺酸氨氯地平；降压；不良反应 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）11（b）-0116-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine besylate tablet in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 86 patients with essential hypertension admitted to the hospital from June 2013 and June 2015 were included in this study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 43 cases in each one. They stopped taking antihypertensive drugs for 2 two weeks before enrolled in this study with some of them never taking these drugs. Then the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablet， while the control group was treated with benazepri.
