探讨心理干预护理对高龄产妇分娩影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨心理干预护理对高龄产妇分娩的影响。方法：对本院接受治疗的56例高龄产妇资料进行分析，根据护理方法的不同分为两组，每组28例，对照组采用常规方法护理，观察组采用心理干预护理，比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果：观察组有15例护理效果较好，患者治疗后基本痊愈；11例临床症状得到改善，护理总有效率92.9%，高于对照组的75.0%（P0.05）；观察组对本院护理满意度为89.3%，高于对照组的71.4%（P0.05）；观察组中选择阴道分娩的产妇数量多于对照组（P0.05）。对照组中有4例产妇行产钳助产分娩，观察组中有1例产妇行产钳助产分娩（P0.05）；观察组产妇总产程时长为（9.3±2.1）h，对照组产妇总产程时长为（12.6±3.5）h（P0.05）；对照组产妇抑郁情绪评分为（49.5±2.4）分、焦虑情绪评分为（68.5±2.4）分，均高于观察组的（37.7±2.3）分、（40.3±2.7）分。结论：心理护理在高龄产妇分娩中具有重要作用，有利于缩短分娩时长，提高成功率，值得推广使用。 　　【关键词】 心理干预； 高龄产妇； 分娩 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effects of psychological interventions on the delivery for elderly parturient women.Method：Information on 56 cases of elderly parturient women were analyzed，they were divided into two groups according to the admission chronological order，each of 28 patients.The control group were given usual care，the observation group were given psychological intervention care，then the effect of clinical nursing of two groups were compared.Result： 15 cases of the observation group got better nursing results， the patient recovered after treatment.Clinical symptoms of 11 cases improved， the total efficiency of nurse was 92.9%，which was higher than that of the control group （75.0%）（P0.05）.Care satisfaction of the observation group was 89.3% ，which was higher than that of the control group （P0.05）.The cases selecting vaginal delivery of the observation group was more than that of the control group （P0.05）.In the control group， there were four cases of maternal line forceps delivery， in the observation group， there was one case of maternal line of forceps delivery （P0.05）.The total birth process of maternal length of the observation group was （9.3± 2.1）h， while the control group was （12.6±3.5）h（P0.05）.Maternal depression score in the control group was （49.5 ± 2.4 points），anxiety score was （68.5 ± 2.4 points）， higher than those of the observation group[（37.7±2.3），（40.3±2.7）].Conclusion：Psychological care is an important role in the delivery of advanced mater
