探讨心理护理和健康教育在扩张型心肌病并心衰中应用价值 　　【摘 要】目的：试析对扩张型心肌病并心衰患者开展健康教育以及心理护理的应用价值。方法：在2014年5月-2016年6月期间于我院接受扩张型心肌病并心衰的患者中随机选择64例为研究对象，并按照双盲法随机分为研究组（32例）与参照组（32例），参照组采用常规护理方案，研究组同时加用健康教育以及心理护理，对比分析两组的护理效果。结果：两组护理后的SDS、SAS评分低于护理前，研究组评分改善优于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组住院时间短于参照组，再次住院率低于参照组，且两组间差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：通过采取加用健康教育以及心理护理对扩张型心肌病并心衰患者实施护理，更利于改善患者的心理状态，缩短住院时间，改善患者预后。 　　【关键词】扩张型心肌病并心衰；健康教育；心理护理；应用价值 　　Abstract Objective： To analyze the application value of health education and psychological nursing for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure. Methods A total of 64 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure during our hospital from May 2014 to June 2016 were randomly selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into study group （32 cases） and reference group according to double-blind method. In the group （32 cases）， the reference group used the routine care program. The study group also used the health education and psychological care at the same time， and compared and analyzed the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The SDS and SAS scores after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment. The scores in the study group were better than the reference group. The difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than the reference group， and the rate of rehospitalization was lower than the reference group. Group， and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant （P0.05）.
