I I 摘要 啦啦队运动自 2001 年被引入中国，以其独特的魅力吸引着越来越多的啦啦 队爱好者参与到这项运动中来。如今已有了一定的群众基础，啦啦队的开展已成 为我国校园体育文化的新亮点，尤其在高校啦啦队运动的开展更是如火如荼。啦 啦队作为一项新兴的体育竞赛项目，以丰富的内容、奔放的热情、煽情的音乐、 超强的感召力、突出的团队协作等独特的魅力吸引着越来越多的啦啦队爱好者。 由于中国的啦啦队运动是直接从国外引进而来，目前还处于初级阶段，虽然有一 定的发展，但是和国外啦啦队强国相比存在着差距同时也蕴藏着具大的发展潜 力。 本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、案例分析法和录像分析法，充分了解中 美高校啦啦队的现状，对中美两国高校啦啦队运动训练管理因素、运动训练管理 过程以及运动训练管理体制进行比较研究，为健全和完善我国高校啦啦队的运动 训练管理提供理论依据。 研究结果表明： 1、我国啦啦队运动起步较晚，赛事举办的较少，参与比赛的机会不多。而 美国的啦啦队赛事都由啦啦队协会发起和组织、由专业的体育赛事经营和推广代 理公司策划推广。相比较而言，我国啦啦队在竞赛组织管理方面与美国相比有一 定的差距。 2、大学体育院校组的啦啦队队员绝大多数是健美操专业的学生、曾受过正 规的竞技健美操或艺术体操的专业训练，另有通过学校选拔出来的其他优秀个 人。但是，还有很多队员没有经过专门的啦啦队相关训练学习。因此应加强我国 学校啦啦队队员的培养，在中学甚至小学加强后备人才的培养。 3、我国啦啦队比赛时考虑到参赛者的安全问题，但对于运动损伤没有明确 的法律和法规对此进行界定，责任不明晰。导致教练员的责任和风险过大，阻碍 了该项目竞技水平的提高，制约了该项目的发展。 4、在美国，走赛场助威表演与运动竞技比赛相结合的科学发展路线，赋予 啦啦队更重要的价值和意义，即啦啦队在校园文化中也扮演着重要的角色，是橄 榄球、篮球比赛不可缺少的一部分，而我国啦啦队在这方面有所欠缺。 关键词：高校；啦啦队；运动训练管理；比较研究 II II ABSTRACT The team movement is introduced by 2001 to our country, which attracts more and more cheering team amateurs into this movement by its unique characteristics.
