摘 摘 要 重庆 重庆大学硕士学位论文 i i PAGE PAGE iv 摘 要 重庆独有的人文地理环境、悠久的历史发展进程，蕴育了源远流长的巴渝文 化，同时形成了重庆山区城镇独有的空间形态特征，留下了极其丰富的历史文化 遗产。然而对重庆历史文化遗产，尤其是重庆古镇空间品质的研究工作还没有形 成系统性。赵万民教授根据多年对山地人居环境的研究，提出了《重庆都市现代 山地人居环境建设理论与实践研究》这个课题，研究工作分为九个部分，本文为 其中之一。 重庆历史古镇物华天宝，人文荟萃，有着具有极高的历史、情感、艺术、经 济价值。随着时代的发展，古镇的保护越来越引起学术界和政府的重视，但对原 真性的忽视和不了解，导致了古镇空间形态的破坏和社会生活的消逝，历史古镇 空间品质下降。因此，如何在城镇建设中科学、有效地保护古镇空间及社会生活 方式，提升古镇空间品质，已成为重庆都市人居环境建设中重要的研究课题。 本文正是基于此背景，在分析总结国内外相关理论实践的基础上，对重庆古 镇及其空间品质的相关概念进行了梳理。同时，将重庆古镇空间品质的构成要素 进行了归纳总结，建立了重庆古镇空间品质的评价方法及其要素指标体系，并提 出了评价实施框架。通过对丰盛古镇的实例研究，运用重庆古镇空间品质评价体 系，分析丰盛古镇现状空间品质存在的问题及矛盾，结合国内外相关实践经验， 提出其空间品质提升的适应性策略，并希望能为同类保护建设工作提供一定经验 与参考。 关键词：重庆古镇，空间品质，评价体系，丰盛古镇 ABSTRACT Chongqing is a special natural geographical area and human geographical region, the unique natural geographical environment and a long history of the development process, gave birth to a long and rich history of Bayu culture, and has formed the unique characteristics of Bayu town areas, left a rich historical and cultural heritage. However, the historical and cultural heritage of Chongqing, especially the research work of Bayu ancient town space quality has not formed systematicness. Professor Zhao Wanmin according to the human settlements research in Mountainous Region, put forward the project of modern urban human settlements construction theory and practice research in Chongqing. The reaserch consists of nine parts and this article is one of them. Chongqing ancient town has natures treasures, outstanding people and high historical, artistic, emotional, economic value. With the development of the times, the towns protection attracts more and more academic and governments attention, but the authenticity of town is neglected and dont be understand. It leads to the damage of town spatial morphology and the dies of social life, decrease the historic town space quality.
