However, compared with the developed countries, the private enterprises in our country still have the disadvantages of cross-border mergers and acquisitions. So how to cultivate the advantages of chinese private enterprises among international merger and acquisitions,as well as guiding them to the further promotions,has been the topic of concern. In this paper, the relevant literature of the Chinese private enterprises transnational merger and acquis
