木塑复合材料多功能高低床研究与分析 　　摘 要：为了给当代大学生的宿舍生活提供方便，提升宿舍生活质量，给他们营造一个良好的学习生活环境，文章提供一种多功能高低床。本高低床结合人体工程学原理，采用力学相关知识，将床体的人性化和实用性相结合，达到了功能多样和安全系数高的效果。最终研究表明，文章研究的高低床具有安全性高、容纳性强、便利程度大、灵活性强的特点，该产品克服了传统的住宿床功能单一、安全性低的特点，经过深入研究和对比调查，有效的改善了这一状况，提升了住宿的质量，完全符合设计目的，满足设计要求，木塑复合材料、绿色环保、强度、硬度等均已达到设计标准。改善了宿舍生活中学生对于床体的不同需求，以此达到便捷实用的目的。该高低床在实际应用中，有着良好的发展前景。 　　关键词：木塑复合材料；多功能高低床；小桌板；护栏；便利性 　　中图分类号：TS664 文献标志码：A 文章编号：2095-2945（2018）02-0030-03 　　Abstract： In order to provide convenience for the dormitory life of contemporary college students， improve the quality of dormitory life， and create a good learning and living environment for them， this paper provides a multifunctional bed. The high and low bed combined with the ergonomics principle， the use of mechanics-related knowledge， the combination of human nature and practicality of the bed body， achieve an effect with a variety of functions and high safety coefficient. The final research shows that the high and low bed studied in this paper has the characteristics of high safety， strong accommodation， great convenience and strong flexibility. This product overcomes the characteristics of single function and low security of the traditional bed. In-depth research and comparative investigation helps to effectively improve this situation， improve the quality of accommodation， fully meet the design purpose and the design requirements. Wood plastic composites， green environmental protection， strength， hardness and so on have met the design standards， thus improving the dormitory life of students for the different needs of bed in order to achieve a convenient and practical purpose. The bed has a good prospect in practical application. 　　Keywords： wood-plastic composite material； multifunctional bed； small table board； guardrail； convenience 　　引言 　　在以前的?O计中，多功能高低床[1]，床架分为高、低两层，两层之间通过设于左侧的攀爬梯连接，高层正面设有护栏；设有书板，将鞋架、柜子与床相整合且具有多种悬挂功能。或是设计有单独的床上折叠桌，由桌面、支撑架、伸缩架组成，桌面的下面与伸缩架连接，伸缩架有固定伸缩长度的手柄，起到支撑的作用。或是有设计单独的一种可移动上铺多功能护栏，它包括手提电脑板、支架、挂钩，一次性杯子挂放口、护栏卡套、床边卡套和电子手电，
