1.1 Rejection of Shipments/Receipt of Dry Goods 1.1 拒收货物/干货的接收
A facility can safeguard its food products by identifying and barring entry or shipment of potentially contaminated materials. Materials may include but are not limited to raw materials, ingredients, processing aids, finished products, returned goods, as well as equipment and/or returned containers, trays, dollies, and carts.食品企业可以通过识别和阻止接收可能受到污染的材料来保证食物产品的安全。材料可包括但不限于原料、配料、加工助剂、成品、退货、以及设备和/或退回的容器、托盘、推车和货车。
Critical Requirements

1.1.1.1 Damaged, infested, or dirty transports/containers or materials are rejected.拒收受损的、受虫害污染的或肮脏的运输工具/容器或物料。
1.1.1.2 Materials shipped in damaged, infested or dirty vehicles are rejected. 拒收通过受损的、受虫害污染的或肮脏的运输工具运来的材料。
1.1.1.3 The facility maintains documentation of rejected shipments that includes reasons for rejection. 企业保留拒收货物记录，记录中包含拒收原因。
1.1.1.4 Shuttle vehicles are in good condition, clean, and free of holes and infestation. 厂内周转车辆状况良好、清洁、没有孔洞并且未受虫害污染。
