曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射治疗脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离初步研究 　　[摘要] 目的 对在眼部的玻璃体腔处注射曲安奈德治疗视网膜脱离合并脉络膜脱离的疗效进行初步研究。 方法 整群选取该院于2010年9月―2014年9月收治的未经有效治疗的42例脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离患者，给予曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射，治疗后对病人症状、眼压、视网膜复位以及并发症的发生进行观察。 结果 治疗前患者平均眼压（6±2）mmHg，术后一周患者平均眼压为（14.2±2.9）mmHg，P0.05；视网膜复位首次手术成功率为78.6%（33/42），再次手术成功率为100.0%；患者的视力较术前也显著提高，P0.05；并发症中发生1例脉络膜出血和2例一过性高眼压。结论 曲安奈德玻璃体腔注射治疗脉络膜脱离型视网膜脱离提高了视网膜复位率，并且无严重不良反应伴发，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 曲安奈德；玻璃体腔；脉络膜脱离型；视网膜脱离；初步研究 　　[中图分类号] R774.12 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（b）-0118-02 　　Analysis of Clinical Effect of Triamicinolone Acetonide Intravitreal Injection for Retinal Detachment Associated with Choroidal Detachment 　　LI Zhao-hui 　　Comprehensive Department of Ophthalmology ，Harbin Jiaoshi eye hospital， Harbin， Heilongjiang， 150010 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application of triamicinolone acetonide intravitreal injection for retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment. Methods Selecting 42 in-patients with retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment treated in our hospital from September， 2010 to September， 2014. The patients were treated by intravitreal injection of triamcinolone acetonide during operation.The anatomic retinal reattachment， visual acuity and postoperative complications were observed.Results The intraocular pressure at last visit was （14.2±2.9）mmHg， which was statistically significant higher than pre-operation（6±2）mmHg， the difference was significant statistically（P005）.The retinal reattachment rate after the primary surgery and the second surgery was 78.6%（33/42）and 100.0%， respectively.Eyesight in all the cases were improved in different extents.Post-operative complications included 1 cases of mild subconjunctival hemorrhage and 2 cases of transient high intraocular pressure. Conclusion With advantages of good clinical effect and safety inthe treatment of retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment， triamicinolone acetonide intravitreal injection is worthy of clinic application. 　　[Key words] Cli
