早期肠内营养支持对重型脑卒中患者免疫功能影响研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨早期肠内营养支持对重型脑卒中患者免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2011年1月-2014年8月本院收治的110例重型脑卒中患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组，各55例，研究组给予早期肠内营养支持治疗，对照组给予胃肠外营养支持治疗，疗程为3周，综合比较两组患者治疗前后血红蛋白（Hb）、血清白蛋白（Alb）、甘油三酯（TG）、T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3+、CD4+、CD8+）的变化及并发症发生率。结果：治疗3周后，研究组Hb、Alb、TG均高于对照组，CD3+、CD4+水平高于对照组，CD8+水平显著低于对照组；研究组并发症发生率为10.9%，低于对照组的32.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：早期肠内营养支持治疗应用于重型脑卒中患者效果确切，可有效改善机体营养状况，增强机体免疫力，减少相关并发症，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】 早期肠内营养； 重型脑卒中； 免疫功能 　　Analysis on Clinical Efficacy of Early Enteral Nutrition Support for the Immune Function of Patients with Severe Stroke/LI Zhi-dong，LAI Lu-sheng.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（16）：075-078 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of early enteral nutrition support for the immune function of patients with severe stroke.Method：110 patients with severe stroke in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group，each contained 55 cases.The research group was treated with early enteral nutrition support therapy.The control group was treated with parenteral nutrition support therapy.The hemoglobin （Hb），serum albumin （Alb），triglyceride （TG），T lymphocyte subsets （CD3+，CD4+，CD8+） before and after treatment and complication rate was compared.Result：After 3 weeks of treatment，the Hb，Alb，TG of the research group was higher than that of the control group，the CD3+，CD4+ was higher than that of the control group，the CD8+ of research group was lower than that of the control group （P0.05）.The complication rate of the research group was 10.9%，which was lower than 32.7% of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：Early enteral nutrition support for the immune function of patients with severe stroke has exact effect.It can effectively improve nutritional status，enhance immunity and reduce complications.It’s worthy of clinical widely used. 　　【Key words】 Early enteral nutrition support； Severe stroke； Immune function 　　First-author’s address：The Third People’s Hospital of Luoding City，Luoding 527200，C
