浅析建筑水暖施工技术质量管控 　　 　　摘要：随着城市化进程的加快，土地资源的稀缺，现代建筑主要呈现高层建筑的发展趋势。水暖施工作为建筑施工中的主要组成的一部分，其与土建施工的联系极为紧密，对工程的总进度有着直接的影响，尤其是水暖施工质量的好坏，不仅关系到水暖施工企业的经济效益，更关系着人们生产生活的安全性、舒适性以及建筑职能发挥的高效性，因而必须将建筑水暖施工技术的质量管控。基于此，本文以《浅析建筑水暖施工技术的质量管控》为题，分别从建筑水暖工程项目施工的准备和施工阶段的施工技术的质量管控进行了简单的分析。旨在与同行进行沟通与业务交流，提高建筑水暖工程施工质量，为确保整个建筑工程质量打下坚实的基础。 　　关键词：建筑工程；水暖施工技术；质量管控；施工准备；施工阶段 　　Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization, the scarcity of land resources, the modern building mainly presents the development trend of the high-rise building.
