机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭患者胃肠动力药应用与分析 　　[摘要] 目的 对机械通气治疗的呼吸衰竭患者胃肠动力药的应用进行分析。方法 方便选取该院2015年12月―2016年12月期间收治的56例呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象，用机械通气的方法对该组患者进行治疗，一段时间后观察患者的胃肠蠕动功能。结果 对该组56例呼吸衰竭患者进行的84例次机械通气治疗过程中，有24例次（28.57%）常规服用多潘立酮的患者；有40例次（47.62%）常规服用西沙必利的患者；在常规服用西沙必利的40例次患者中，有30例次（75.00%）患者在进行机械通气治疗的期间全程服用胃肠动力药；在24例次常规服用多潘立酮的患者中，有14例次（58.33%）患者在机械通气治疗期间是全程服用胃肠动力药的。 结论 在用机械通气的治疗方法治疗呼吸衰竭患者时，患者的胃肠蠕动功能会减弱，医护人员应该让患者常规服用西沙必利胃肠动力药。 　　[关键词] 机械通气；呼吸衰竭；胃肠动力药；应用分析 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）01（b）-0072-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application of mechanical ventilation in treatment of prokinetic agents of patients with respiration medicine. Methods 56 cases of patients with respiration medicine admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and treated with the mechanical ventilation， and the gastrointestinal peristalsis function was observed after a period of time. Results Of 84 mechanical ventilation treatment for 56 cases of patients with respiration medicine， there were 24 cases （28.57%）with routine administration of domperidone， and 40 cases （47.62%） with oral administration of cisapride， of these 40 cases， there were 30 cases （75.00%） with administration of whole-course medication of prokinetic agents during the treatment， and of 24 cases with routine administration of domperidone， there were 14 cases（58.33%） with administration of prokinetic agents in the whole course.
