无缝护理模式对慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者预后影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨无缝护理模式应用于慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者的疗效及预后的影响。方法：选取2014年1-12月笔者所在医院呼吸内科和心内科收治的慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者共80例，按照随机分组原则分成观察组和对照组各40例，对照组患者给予常规护理措施，观察组患者在接受常规护理的基础上给予专业的无缝护理干预，比较两组患者的心肺功能改善情况及护理干预疗效。结果：护理干预后两组患者心肺功能均较前改善，但观察组左室射血分数、第一秒用力呼气量、6 min步行距离均显著高于对照组（P0.05）。观察组患者采取护理干预0.5、1 h后护理干预显效率高于对照组（P0.05）。结论：对慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭患者采取无缝护理干预，能及时高效的控制患者病情进展，改善患者心肺功能，提高各阶段治疗显效率，降低死亡率，值得在护理工作中加以借鉴学习。 　　【关键词】 慢性肺源性心脏病； 心力衰竭； 无缝护理 　　中图分类号 R473.5 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）18-0079-02 　　The Influence of Prognosis of Seamless Nursing on Patients of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease with Heart Failure/DAI Cui-lin.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（18）：79-80 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the influence of prognosis and efficacy of seamless nursing on patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.Method：80 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure were selected from our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with 40 patients in each group respectively.The control group received traditional nursing，and the seamless nursing model was used in the observation group.The heart and lung function and the nursing effect of two groups were compared.Result：After nursing intervention，the heart and lung function of patients were improved.However，the left ventricular ejection fraction，forcedexpiratoryvolune and 6 min walking distance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.The nursing intervention excellent rate at 0.5 h，1 h in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Seamless nursing can control the disease progression of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure patients and improve the heart and lung function.Moreover，it can improve the efficiency of treatment in each stage and reduce the death rate.It is worth promoting in clinical care. 　　【Key words】 Chro
