氯吡格雷联合川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效及对血液流变学影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨氯吡格雷联合川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法 选取2014年4月～2016年12月我院收治的118例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象，根据用药方案不同将其分为对照组62例和观察组56例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上应用氯吡格雷治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上加用川芎嗪注射液。观察比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及血液流变学。结果 观察组治疗总有效率（91.07%）高于对照组（79.03%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后，两组患者血液流变学指标均低于治疗前，观察组明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 氯吡格雷联合川芎嗪注射液可提高急性脑梗死临床疗效，也能改善血液流变学指标，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]川芎嗪注射液；氯吡格雷；急性脑梗死；血液流变学 　　[中图分类号] R764.43 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（c）-0086-03 　　Clinical effect of Clopidogrel combined with Ligustrazine Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on hemorheology 　　ZHOU Ying-feng 　　Department of Pharmacy，Wuhan No.1 Hospital，Hubei Province，Wuhan 430022，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Clopidogrel combined with Ligustrazine Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on hemorheology.Methods 118 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction who treated in our hospital from April 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects，and were divided into the control group of 62 cases and the observation group of 56 cases according to the medication regimen.The control group were treated with Clopidogrel on the basis of conventional treatment，while the observation group were treated with Ligustrazine Injection on the basis of treatment in the control group.Then，the clinical efficacy and hemorheology of two groups of patients after the treatment were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group （91.07%） was higher than that in the control group （79.03%），and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.After the treatment，the hemorheological indexes of the two groups were lower than before treatment，the observation group was lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The Clopidogrel combined with Ligustrazine Injection which can improve the clinical efficacy of a
