气囊腹压带在自然分娩中应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探?气囊腹压带在自然分娩中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年5月～2017年5月在我院产科行自然分娩的180例孕妇作为研究对象，将其随机分为三组，每组各60例。A组产妇全程应用增腹压助产仪，B组产妇有两个宫缩周期不使用助产仪增腹压，C组产妇全程不使用增腹压助产仪，比较三组产妇的生命体征变化、新生儿Apgar评分、出血量、第二三产程时间及胎头拨露时间。结果 三组产妇产后2 h的心率、呼吸、收缩压、舒张压、SpO2比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。三组新生儿Apgar评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。A组产妇的第三产程出血量、胎盘娩出时出血量、产后2 h出血量少于B组，B组少于C组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。A组产妇的第二产程时间、第三产程时间、胎头拨露时间明显短于B组，B组短于C组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 多功能气囊腹压带用于自然分娩中，能够显著加快第二、三产程进程，减少产后出血量，缩短产时，降低产后出血概率，且对母婴生命体征无明显不良影响，具有积极的临床意义。 　　[关键词]产后出血；气囊腹压带；治疗及预防作用 　　[中图分类号] R714.461 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（b）-0077-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application effect of balloon abdominal pressure belt in natural childbirth.Methods A total of 180 pregnant women who were in natural delivery in the department of obstetrics in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into three groups，60 cases in each group.Group A was given abdominal pressure increasing midwifery device，group B was not given midwifery device for increasing abdominal pressure in the two courses of uterine construction，and group C was not given abdominal pressure increasing midwifery device.The changes in vital signs，neonatal Apgar score，bleeding volume，the duration of the second and third trimesters and the time of head visible on vulval gapping of three groups were compared.Results The heart rate，respiration，systolic blood pressure，diastolic blood pressure and SpO2 in 2 hours after delivery of three groups were compared，and the differences were not statistically significant （P0.05）.The neonatal Apgar scores of three groups were compared，and the difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）.The bleeding volume in the third trimester，bleeding volume upon delivery of placenta，and the postpartum bleeding volume in 2 hours after delivery in group A were less than those in group B，the indexes of group B were less than group C，and the differences were statistically significant （P 　　[Key words]Postpartum bleeding；Balloon a
