So that researchers take actions of estrogen replacement therapy to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease. Preclinical data also support the fact that make the side-effect elevated， it including breast cancer， endometrial cancer. Therefore， people search a kind of compound positively that have protective effect in heart and not have side-effect. The study found that phytoestrogens have estrogen-like efficiency and not have evident side-effect. So scientists pay a lots of attention into it. In order to clear the molecular mechanisms about the protective effects of phytoestrogens on cardiovascular disease， that can provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal women with cardiovascular disease.
